Prizes: The prizes and their approximate retail value (ARV) are as follows: five (5) Twenty Dollar ($20) Claire's Gift Cards (AVR $20). If the winner is a minor, parent or legal guardian will be responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

Eligibility: You must have a mobile phone with a camera to participate. Your mobile phone must be able to send and receive Multimedia Messaging Service messages (MMS) and Short Messaging Service messages (SMS). Entry into the Sweepstakes uses CNITION's "QUIPL An Ad-Link" mobile image recognition technology solution. The Sept/Oct 2008 Oh Snap Sweepstakes ("The Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico), who are under the age of 17 as of the date the Sweepstakes begins who have a mobile phone with a camera and an active mobile service with the ability to send and receive a MMS and SMS. Employees of SIX78th Magazine, CNITION LLC, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these September/October 2008 Oh Snap Sweepstakes Official Rules ("Official Rules"). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

To Enter: No purchase necessary to enter. Entrants will not be charged by SIX78th Magazine or CNITION but will be responsible for standard mobile messaging charges as described by their wireless carrier contracts. During the Sweepstakes period, beginning 12:01 a.m. EST on September 1, 2008 through the Sweepstakes end at 11:59 p.m. EST on October 31, 2008, entrants are required to use their camera phones to take a picture of the page described by the Oh Snap Sweepstakes and send the picture as an MMS to 678@quipl.com. A successful entry requires the entrant to receive a back an SMS entry confirmation response stating that the entrant has successfully entered into the Sweepstakes. No mechanically reproduced entries are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Only one entry allowed per entrant. Entrants submitting more than the one entries or violating any of these Official Rules may be disqualified.

Prize Drawing: All Sweepstakes entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into a random prize drawing, to be held on or around November 1, 2008 at the offices of SIX78th Magazine. The drawing will be conducted either by independent persons or a computer program that randomly chooses the winner, from all eligible entries received and the random selection is final and binding. One winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. No substitutions or transfer of prizes is permitted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be notified by SMS through the mobile phone number they used to submit the entry or through email address if those chose to be contacted by email. Odds of winning depend on the number of total entries.

Notification of Winners: Winner will be notified by SMS through the mobile phone number they used to submit the entry within five (5) business days of the prize awarding. Parent or legal guardian of the winner will be required to execute and return the Prize Acceptance/Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Form within seven (7) days following notification. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not received in a timely fashion, is incomplete or modified, the prize will be forfeited. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person who is registered to the mobile phone number used to submit the entry.

General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is offered by SIX78th Magazine (the Sponsor). Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by mobile messaging, e-mail or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. By participating and winning a prize, the Winner releases Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor's control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor's decisions in all respects relative to the Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised, without liability to the entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Winner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Winner is responsible for paying any income taxes on the value of the prize received. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial and local regulations apply.

Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by accepting any prize, Winner consents to the use of her/his name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to Winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of Sponsors and none will be acknowledged or returned. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prizes.
